SHIPPING:

Most orders ship the same day if received before 4 p.m. PST, Monday to Friday. Orders received on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.​

RETURNS:
We use the most potent and purest raw chemicals to ensure unsurpassed top quality during the manufacturing process of our propriety blended formulas. After the blending process, all batches must be tested and pass our high standards of performance and effectiveness. Only then do we give our stamp of approval and our formulas are ready to ship.

TO ENSURE FRESHNESS AND MAINTAIN TOP PRODUCT PERFORMANCE, ALL FORMULAS ARE CUSTOM BLENDED AND PACKAGED TO SUIT OUR CUSTOMER'S NEEDS.  

THE ONLY RETURNS ACCEPTED ARE WRONG PRODUCTS SENT - SIZE OR QUANTITY. PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT A CURRENT RMA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND DISCARDED. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

ONCE PRODUCTS LEAVE OUR FACILITY, AN RMA NUMBER MUST BE ISSUED WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.  PRODUCTS SHIPPED BACK FOR RETURN WITHOUT A CURRENT RMA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND DISCARDED. PRODUCTS FOR RETURN MUST BE UNOPENED AND UNDAMAGED. AFTER THREE (3) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY, NO RMA NUMBER WILL BE ISSUED AND NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.

REPLACING MIX-UPS, LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS:

Mix-ups (different product received than what was ordered) will be replaced at no cost to customer provided customer has obtained a current RMA number (Return Material Authorization) within three days of delivery and proper verification has been completed. Products lost or damaged during original shipping will be replaced at no cost to the customer after proper documentation has been received and verified by the shipping source. Customer is responsible for shipping and processing charges on original orders but will not be charged shipping and processing on replacement orders. 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Additional fees may apply to orders that require special handling or encounter unusual circumstances i.e. rush charges, processing fees, fuel surcharges, storage fees, special packaging, fees for documentation, remote addresses, lift-gate delivery, tolls, and permits, hazmat, special cargo. international brokers, VAT, customs fees, etc. These charges may appear on a separate invoice.

CREDIT CARD SURCHARGES:

Up to a 4% surcharge will be additionally charged to payments by credit card. These charges may appear on a separate invoice.
