UPON DELIVERY!


WRONG, MIS-LABELED, LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS:

Wrong or mis-labeled products will be replaced at no cost to customer provided customer has obtained a current return authorization (RA) number within three business days of delivery. Products lost or damaged during original shipping will be replaced at no cost to the customer
after proper documentation has been received and verified by the shipping source.


RETURNS:

No returns will be accepted without a current return authorization (RA) number. Products returned without an (RA) number will be refused. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping and processing charges. Products for refund must be unopened, in original packaging and sent back within five days of delivery in undamaged and new condition. A fifty percent restocking fee plus original shipping, packaging and processing fees will be deducted. Refunds are made to the original purchaser only. After five days from the date of delivery, no returns will be accepted on any products.



 NO RETURNS ACCEPTED:
 Custom colors, spray cans, field cards, 
orders outside the contiguous USA,
 or on any products after 
five (5) days of delivery.
