SHIPPING:
Most orders ship the same day if received before 4 p.m. PST, Monday to Friday. Orders received on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
RETURNS:
We use the most potent and purest raw chemicals to ensure unsurpassed top quality during the manufacturing process of our propriety blended formulas. After the blending process, all batches must be tested and pass our high standards of performance and effectiveness. Only then do we give our stamp of approval and our formulas are ready to ship.
ALL FORMULAS ARE CUSTOM BLENDED AND ORDERS PACKAGED TO SUIT OUR CUSTOMER'S NEEDS. TO ENSURE FRESHNESS AND MAINTAIN TOP PRODUCT PERFORMANCE, FORMULAS RETURNED AFTER 10 BUSINESS DAYS WILL NOT BE RESOLD AND ARE DISCARDED.
ONCE PRODUCTS LEAVE OUR FACILITY, AN RA NUMBER MUST ISSUED WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. PRODUCTS SHIPPED BACK FOR RETURN WITHOUT A CURRENT RA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND DISCARDED. PRODUCTS FOR RETURN MUST BE UNOPENED AND UNDAMAGED. ALL RETURNS WILL BE CHARGED A 50% RESTOCKING FEE. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING AND PROCESSING CHARGES. AFTER THREE (3) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY, NO RA NUMBER WILL BE ISSUED AND NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.
NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM COLORS, AEROSOL SPRAY CANS, CHUBBY QUARTS OR ORDERS FIVE (5) GALLONS OR MORE.
REPLACING MIX-UPS, LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS:
Mix-ups (different product received than what was ordered) will be replaced at no cost to customer provided customer has obtained a current RA number (Return Authorization) within three days of delivery and proper verification has been completed. Products lost or damaged during original shipping will be replaced at no cost to the customer after proper documentation has been received and verified by the shipping source. Customer is responsible for shipping and processing charges on original orders but will not be charged shipping and processing on replacement orders. PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT A CURRENT RA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND DISCARDED.
